Case Management and Treatment Services

Our approach to treatment planning and implementation is personalized with each service plan built around identified, individualized needs. We emphasize self-determination with tools derived from evidence-based best practices in diagnosing, meeting client needs and ultimately assisting clients in achieving goals consistent with their hopes and expectations.

A guiding principle throughout our continuum of care is that the illness is only one aspect of the person,; and, with proper client-centered treatment and support services, each individual has the potential for growth, productivity, and maximized quality of life in their community. ASC provides continuity of treatment at all stages of illness or wellness the individual is experiencing.

We believe that an optimistic atmosphere, that respects our clients’ integrity and desire for an independent lifestyle, emboldens our residents to succeed. We encourage our clients to actively participate in decision making that involves their wellness needs and treatment planning.

Our philosophy is simple. Treatment is a shared experience where decision-making and intervention should contain the best practice principles associated with acceptance, support and collaboration.

Our program provides a variety of treatment methods that lead to healthy relationships, a sense of dignity, and productive living. Our treatment program is specifically designed to provide immediate quality of life improvements for its residents. Today, the best research points out the importance of utilizing a variety of treatment methods, which operate in a contiguous manner, to affect the best treatment and outcome. Our agency employs a number of licensed clinicians including:

  • A consulting Board-Certified Psychiatrist
  • Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).
  • Licensed Psychiatric Technicians (LPT).
  • Licensed vocational nurses (LVN).
  • Recreational
  • Behavioral
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) trainers & practitioners

It is important to state that we work with the individual, not the diagnosis. We must consider each person and their individual differences and design a program that fits their specific needs. We want to help them improve the quality of their lives, which of course, also means helping them to realize that they can be successful, safe and free from the need for psychiatric hospitals.
